Difficult to find this spot ! But it’s worth it . 4 types of omakase (9/10/12 pieces) . Only 5 seating so make sure to come before 7 am so as to not wait.
My favorite sushi in Sapporo and possibly all of Japan. I came here 3 days in a row, and tried different options. You can choose from the set menu or ask for specific sushi yourself. Easiest is to go early or leave your name and come back at the time they tell you, since seating is very limited. Oishi!
This place changed my view on enjoying sushi. Truly top of the game! It’s the only way to enjoy sushi-omakase style. Truly the best and my sushi eating experience would never be the same again. So fresh and highly recommend. Only 3 seats!
The omakase was amazing. The seafood is as fresh as it can be. The owners were courteous to foreigners and they can speak limited English, which is tourist-friendly. Come here if you want a good seafood breakfast.
Great local experience at a small place at the markets Be prepared to wait although they are very good to give you an estimate wait time then make a reservation for you. Can see the owner like to chat but because he can't speak English he try to smile and nods 😆.

The best sushi I’ve had in my life. We did the 10 piece omakase set for 3000 yen and it was totally worth it. Each piece was fresh and flavorful, and melted in your mouth. I’ve never experienced fish quality to this level. Plus the owners are the sweetest people! The restaurant is located inside the fish market (so you know the fish is fresh) and it was very easy to find if you follow the directions on Google maps.
Best sushi I’ve had in susukino region!!! Super fresh uni it becomes sweet and melts in your mouth. Owner is super nice. Make sure to ask for reservations (they write on a piece of paper). Go walk around while you wait for your turn. :)
I ate omakase, and the quality, freshness, and taste were all good. If you have a chance to stop by Nijo Market in Sapporo and you think of sushi, I recommend you to stop by. (+very very kind) However, there is a waiting list, so you need to make a reservation after visiting.
Jesus. This is the best SUSHI ever. After had great dish, I tried those popular sushi train places waiting in a line 30minutes - 1 hour, none of them can compete what I had from here. I did open run, arrived there at 7. since its 5 seats only there was one group ahead of us so came back after 7:30, they reserve the time for you. It was early, waited buuuuuuuuut service and most importantly the TASTE is extraordinary. You won’t regret at all waking up for open run.
